Hops are the cone shaped flowers of the hop plant, studies have shown that various chemicals they produce can help induce sleep. this is not a guarantee or medical cure. But if nothing else you'll be greeted by the subtle herbal spice of a hop as you drift off to sleep.

All the hops in this item were grown and bagged by us in the Cheshire countryside. Featuring Cascade hops.
